Terms and conditions

In the unlikely event that you are unable to make use of the reservation, cancellation works as follows, see below for the locations:

Inn rooms can be cancelled or rebooked to another date free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
For cancellation within 7 days before arrival, cancellation fees will be charged equal to the accommodation costs of the first night (excluding breakfast, tourist tax, and half-board).
For cancellations within 48 hours before arrival, we charge 100% of the reservation value as cancellation fees (including breakfast, tourist tax and half-board).
For other groups (10 persons or more), the uniform terms and conditions of Horeca Nederland apply. These can be viewed at: Uniform terms and conditions for the hospitality industry.

Cancellation more that 3 months before the arrival date, 20% of the total sum will be charged, this is equal to the deposit.
Cancellation within 3 months before the arrival date, 50% of the total sum will be charged.
Cancellation within 2 months before the arrival date, 100% of the total sum will be charged.

We require a standard deposit of 20% of the total stay for every booking. In the event of cancellation, this serves as your cancellation fee.
The remaining 80% must be transferred 21 days before your arrival date. Cancellation is no longer possible from 21 days before arrival.
For bookings where the arrival date is within 21 days, you must pay the entire amount via iDEAL.

Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date, 20% of the total sum will be charged, this is equal to the deposit.
Cancellation within 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the total sum will be charged.
Cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date, 100% of the total sum will be charged.

Meeting rooms can be cancelled or rebooked to another date free of charge up to 1 month before the start date.
If cancelled within 1 month before the start date, 100% of the room rental fee will be charged.
If no cancellation occurs, or if cancellation/ date change occurs on the reserved date, 100% of the room rental fee plus additional costs (such as lunch, coffee/ tea, etc.) will be charged.
