TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LODGES AND LANDSCAPE ROOM (NO GROUPS)
Reservation for a farm lodge or landscape
room, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
As standard, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total stay with every booking. In case of cancellation, these are your cancellation costs.
The remaining 80% must be transferred 21 days before your arrival date. Cancellation from 21 days before arrival is no longer possible.
For bookings of which the arrival date is within 21 days, we ask for direct payment of the entire sum.
GROUP LODGES (Except Oerboerderij)
In the unlikely event that you are unable to use your reservation. Cancellation works as follows for the group locations Erve t Witteveen and Hof Veltkuper.
Cancellation before 2 months before the arrival date, 20% of the total sum will be charged, this is equal to the deposit
Cancellation within 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the total sum will be charged
Cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date, 100% of the total sum will be charged
OERBOERDERIJ, ERVE MIDDELKAMP IN THE LUTTE
In the unlikely event that you are unable to use the reservation. Cancellation works as follows for group location de Oerboerderij.
Cancellation before 3 months before the arrival date, 20% of the total sum will be charged, this is equal to the deposit
Cancellation within 3 months before the arrival date, 50% of the total sum will be charged
Cancellation within 2 months before the arrival date, 100% of the total sum will be charged
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ROOMS AT THE INN (TUBBERGEN)
Rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of the reservation value and 100% of the reservation value less than 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS CONFERENCE ROOMS ERVE MIDDELKAMP/TUBBERGEN
In case of cancellation within 1 month before the start, 100% room rental will be charged.
If you do not cancel, or if you cancel/change the date on the reserved date, the additional costs will be charged (such as lunch, coffee/tea, etc.)
A reservation made can be replaced once free of charge within a reasonable period of time
In the event of calamities such as public transport strikes, weather conditions, etc. we do charge cancellation costs, unless a new date is reserved within a reasonable period of time.
CANCEL DUE TO GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS
If due to government measures (or security region) we are not allowed to receive guests in the lodges or inn, we will provide a travel voucher with a validity of at least 1 year to the value of the (down) payment. This can be spent at Drostes farm lodges and Drostes inn.
Travel insurance can reimburse in case of illness (in the family) or corona infection. Please check your insurance policy for this.
